About NAILED IT BROTHERS

A family-run roofing and renovation company working out of New Jersey. You meet an owner at the estimate, and an owner is on the job until it’s finished.

HOW WE STARTED

We’re brothers, and we learned this trade the same way a lot of New Jersey contractors do, on other people’s crews. Roofs in the summer heat, gut renovations in the winter, long days of tear-off, framing, tile and cleanup.

What pushed us to start our own company was watching how homeowners got treated: estimates that never showed up, crews that disappeared mid-project, and change orders nobody explained. We knew the work could be done well and communicated honestly at the same time.

So we started Nailed It Brothers Roofing & Renovation LLC with our own tools, our own truck, and a rule we still keep: whoever quotes your project is one of the brothers, and one of us is on site while it’s being built.

Today we run roofing and full renovation projects across Union, Middlesex, Somerset, Essex and Morris county towns, places like Westfield, Scotch Plains, Cranford and the surrounding area. Most of our work comes from neighbors of people we’ve already built for.

Full roof replacements, repairs, flat roofing, leak detection and gutters on NJ single-family homes and multi-families.

Cabinetry, tile, countertops, plumbing and electrical coordination, and full gut remodels from demo to punch list.

Full Home Renovations

Multi-room renovations, basement finishing, additions, siding, windows and interior/exterior painting.

Concrete & Exterior

Driveways, walkways, patios, steps, demolition and site cleanup handled by our own crews.

You get scope, materials and price in writing before any work starts, no verbal guesses, no surprise line items.

Permits and inspections handled

We pull the required municipal permits for your township and meet the inspector so you don’t have to.

One point of contact

You deal directly with an owner from estimate to final walkthrough, not a rotating call center.

A protected, clean job site

Landscaping and interiors get covered, debris is removed as we go, and the site is swept before we leave each day.

Workmanship warranty

Our labor is warrantied, and we register manufacturer material warranties on roofing systems where they apply.

A final walkthrough before payment

We walk the finished work with you and correct anything on the list before the job is closed out.

NEW JERSEY CREDENTIALS & INSURANCE

New Jersey requires home improvement contractors to be registered and insured. Here’s exactly what we carry, ask us for the documents and we’ll send them before you sign anything.

NJ Home Improvement Contractor Registration

Registered with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs as required for home improvement work in the state. Our NJ HIC registration number appears on every written contract and estimate we issue.

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability coverage on all work. A certificate of insurance is available on request and can be sent directly to you or your property manager before we start.

Workers' Compensation

Our crews are covered by workers’ compensation insurance, so you are not exposed if someone is injured on your property.

Bonded Work

Bonding is in place for the contracting work we perform, and we sign written contracts on every project regardless of size.
